How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 5 business days before your desired send date so we have time to prepare your creative. Popular dates (long weekends, school holidays, major events) book out weeks ahead.
What creative do I need to provide?
Ideally a logo or image (600×200px), a headline (up to 10 words), a short message (up to 25 words), and a link. If you don't have these we can write the copy for you — just tell us what the offer is.
Can I book multiple weeks?
Yes — select different weeks and submit a booking request for each. We'll confirm all in one go. Multi-week bookings may be eligible for a discount — ask us when you enquire.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 5+ business days before the send date receive a full refund. Within 5 days we'll offer a credit towards a future slot.
